Ouihelp, a growing startup in the home care service, is seeking dedicated Aides à Domicile or Assistants de Vie (H/F) to provide meaningful support to the elderly. This role involves a permanent contract (CDI mandataire), with options for part-time or full-time hours.She will be working close to home with stable schedule every week, filled to the number of hours/days desired, and that counts no mission of less than one hour in order to optimize travel and allow you to forge a strong bond with beneficiaries and their family.What this role involves:

• Providing companionship and assistance with daily living activities.

Requirements:

• A diploma or a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal assistance.
• Alternatively, 18 months of experience if the candidate undertakes Ouihelp's internal paid training upon arrival.
