Job Description
SpotOn is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team in Krakow. SpotOn helps restaurants and small businesses compete and win with flexible payment and software technology. The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in driving strategic decisions and business growth through data analysis and predictive modeling.

The role involves:
  • Serving up impactful data-backed recommendations.
  • Identifying relevant data sources and building concise models.
  • Automating processes using machine learning and data pipelines.
  • Analyzing merchant churn and providing insights for improvement.
  • Collaborating with various teams to maintain data infrastructure.

Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in data science, business analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R.
  • Bias toward sharing, transparency, and collaboration.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in accounting, finance, or SaaS (preferred).
  • Flexibility with working hours (1 PM to 9 PM availability preferred).
