Senior Gameplay Programmer

Job Description

Naughty Dog, a studio under Sony Interactive Entertainment, is seeking a Senior Gameplay Programmer to join their team in Santa Monica, CA. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Design and Animation teams to implement new gameplay features and systems, pushing the technical limits of video games. Naughty Dog is known for its character-driven stories and commitment to innovation.

Role involves:

• Working closely with Design and Animation teams
• Programming systems like player movement, melee, animation, AI, weapons, vehicles, and navigation
• Contributing to all aspects of game development

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 shipped AAA game
• Minimum of 5 years working in the video game industry
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• Strong math skills (3D math)
• Strong knowledge of C and C++
