Heartflow is seeking a Software Engineer to join their team in San Francisco. The Software Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining modern web-based applications focused on medical data visualization and reporting. This role involves working alongside software engineers and research scientists to deliver the next generation of front-end applications. Heartflow is a medical technology company advancing the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease.

Role involves:
  • Building and maintaining modern web based applications
  • Creating tools, services and applications geared towards medical data visualization and reporting
  • Writing tests and documentation for the features implemented
  • Debugging production issues
  • Supporting a large-scale system development effort in the medical device industry
  • Helping create the next generation of cutting-edge heart disease diagnostic systems
  • Critically thinking to solve problems efficiently and pragmatically
  • Communicating efficiently and effectively with other team members

Requirements:
  • Experience working with front end development frameworks (Vue3)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Javascript and Typescript
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related domain
  • 3 Years of professional experience
