What this role involves:
- Collaboration with the team on various accounts and individual work with strategic merchants.
- Building trust and long-term partnerships with merchants to reduce churn and maximize account value.
- Proactively spotting growth opportunities and driving commercial discussions with merchants.
- Prioritizing and managing short and long-term projects across multiple accounts.
- Providing feedback to improve both product and merchant experience.
- Independently managing and prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in a client-facing and commercial role.
- Experience in complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure, or financial services.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with customers.
- Self-starter with a curious mindset and a drive for customer growth.
- Experience in presenting, negotiating, and structuring complex pricing models.
- Excellent time management skills and a drive to improve team efficiency.
- Full professional written and verbal proficiency in English.
