Adyen is seeking a highly energetic and organized Office Manager to join their global Office Management team in Sydney. This role is responsible for the daily workplace experience and reports to the Regional Workplace Manager in Singapore, working closely with the Country Manager for AUNZ. The Office Manager will develop and maintain a safe work environment, ensure organizational effectiveness, and manage office-related issues, including supervising external service providers. They will also be an ambassador for the company culture.
What this role involves:
Providing a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
Being the main point of contact for office-related queries.
Partnering with IT, Onboarding, Events, Marketing, and HR teams.
Supporting visitor experiences such as interviews and client visits.
Coordinating building maintenance and repairs.
Ensuring compliance with security management.
Supporting regional workplace needs.
Managing suppliers.
Coordinating CSR activities.
Planning team-building events.
Managing office space planning.
Supporting remote onboarding and sending care packages.
Sourcing and managing office discount schemes.
Requirements:
5+ years of working experience.
Experience as an Office Manager in an office of 30+ employees.
Support-oriented mindset.
Strong partnership and communication skills.
Strong project management skills.
Experience with technical/electrical building knowledge (preferred).
Hospitality, events, or customer service experience (preferred).
