Adyen is seeking a Transaction Banking Support Analyst to join their Merchant Finance and Treasury team in Amsterdam. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily back-office bank operations by handling exceptions and responding to bank inquiries. This involves communicating with financial institutions regarding bank recalls, AML screening, and payment inquiries. Adyen is a financial technology platform that provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for global companies.Role involves:

• Managing daily back-office bank operations, including recalls & AML screening.
• Serving as the main contact for financial institutions globally via SWIFT.
• Collaborating with operational teams to ensure smooth handling of daily operations.
• Identifying improvement opportunities and working with product and technical teams to drive changes.
• Driving operational excellence by identifying process improvements and collaborating with teams to implement solutions.
• Reporting insights regarding bank operations to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in a support, operations, or financial services role within fintech or banking.
• Experience in back-office bank operations, including handling recall requests & AML screening, and/or SWIFT operations.
• Experience in finance, economics, or banking.
• Proactive and always looking for ways to improve efficiency.
• Strong communicator, capable of managing time-sensitive external conversations.
