Ouihelp ensures that assignments are tailored to fit the caregiver's daily routine, offering a stable schedule from week to week, filled to the desired number of hours/days, with no assignments lasting less than one hour. This optimizes travel and allows caregivers to forge strong bonds with their beneficiaries and their families.

Requirements:

• A diploma or a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal assistance (or only 18 months of experience if you follow our paid internal training upon arrival).
