Job Description
Very Good Ventures is seeking a Senior Engineering Lead in Uruguay to lead client engagements, write code, and architect scalable solutions. The candidate will coach teams, shape technical strategies, and identify opportunities for impactful solutions. This role involves working closely with clients, leading cross-functional teams, and shaping the company's technical strategy, particularly in Flutter and full-stack solutions.Role involves:- Building high-quality software products
- Driving technical excellence in Flutter and cloud solutions
- Consulting and advising clients on technical decisions
- Leading engineering teams and mentoring engineers
- Contributing to pre-sales efforts and shaping technical strategy
- Excellent communication in English (C1 level or above)
- 10+ years of software development experience (Flutter preferred)
- 4+ years in a technical leadership role
- Experience in a consulting or client-facing role
- Pre-sales or business development exposure
- Cloud expertise (preferred)
