CloudSEK is seeking a Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary contact for strategic accounts, ensuring clients maximize the value of their cybersecurity solutions. The role involves deep client engagement, expert guidance on threat management, and seamless integration of CloudSEK’s products.CloudSEK is a cybersecurity product company leveraging AI and ML to provide rapid threat detection and resolution.Responsibilities:
  • Manage and nurture relationships with client accounts.
  • Conduct Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews.
  • Provide expert guidance on threat intelligence and data leak prevention.
  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Ensure product usage and gather customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and threat intelligence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving customer success goals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
