Staff Product Manager, CMS

Job Description

Acquia is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the development and adoption of an innovative CMS product. The ideal candidate will have strong product insight, a solid technical background, business acumen, and data-driven decision-making skills. This role involves growing the adoption of Acquia’s CMS products by planning a roadmap featuring innovative, competitive features that leverage Drupal and Acquia’s DXP portfolio.Role involves:

• Planning a roadmap for CMS products
• Collaborating with design and engineering teams
• Serving as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5-9 years in complex product management or equivalent experience
• Proven success in defining, launching, and managing enterprise and/or open-source software
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Leadership skills to inspire and guide cross-functional teams
• Deep empathy for users with a commitment to user-centric design
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
