Calibration Engineer

Wayve is seeking a Calibration Engineer to develop and maintain tools and algorithms for high-quality calibration across its fleet of autonomous vehicles. The role involves validating calibration data from external sources and designing modular calibration algorithms for various vehicle platforms and sensor types. Responsibilities:

• Enhance and extend multi-modal calibration algorithms and tools.
• Develop visualization and debugging tools.
• Build monitoring systems for calibration parameter quality.

Requirements:

• Practical experience with calibration of robotics sensors.
• Strong theoretical background in computer vision approaches for sensor calibration.

• Strong software skills in Python and C++.
