Constant Contact is seeking a Senior Revenue Growth Strategist to join their Revenue Operations team. This role is focused on driving revenue growth and providing insights through data-driven recommendations. The Senior Revenue Growth Strategist will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to optimize go-to-market strategies and identify growth opportunities.Role involves:
- Measuring the effectiveness of revenue initiatives against company KPIs.
- Developing and managing growth strategies to increase customer acquisition, loyalty, and engagement.
- Analyzing prospect and customer data.
- Optimizing customer onboarding and retention experiences.
- Managing growth operations metrics.
- Formulating competitive strategies and executing growth plans.
- Authoring content for executive leadership meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or other quantitative fields.
- 8+ years of experience in a quantitative analytics role, preferably in a high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and project management experience.
- Experience with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com).
- Experience with data modeling in a BI tool (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
