Job Description
Fetch is seeking a Director of User Analytics and Insights to drive performance improvements across the organization. This role involves partnering with cross-functional groups, developing action plans based on user and business insights, and aligning business objectives. The Director will eventually build out a team, providing leadership and strategic advice to executive leaders.
Role Involves:
- Providing leadership for business and vertical strategy.
- Developing user segmentation with clear actions and recommendations.
- Communicating technical concepts to non-technical leadership.
- Developing materials focused on articulating business and vertical strategy.
- Providing user and customer insights to business stakeholders.
- Leading the development of vertical reviews.
- Driving data-driven decision-making and objective setting.
- Identifying and removing barriers to business or vertical strategy realization.
- Breaking down large problems into smaller initiatives.
Requirements:
- 8+ years experience in a similar insights role.
- Proficiency in data visualization.
- Data Modeling Experience
- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset and ability to anticipate issues.
- Experience in an analytical role.
- Comfort presenting in front of executives and large groups.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical counterparts.
- Comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets.
