Job Description

YouGov is seeking a Panel Hotline Analyst to support the Operations Team in Vienna. In this role, the analyst will assist panel members who provide insights into Austrian household needs by scanning their purchases. This is a part-time position with 30 weekly hours.Responsibilities:

• Provide telephone support to new and existing panel members.
• Follow up on outstanding participation information.
• Welcome new panel members and answer questions.
• Assist with scanner and app installation and usage.
• Remind members to report purchases regularly.
• Document interactions in the HelpDesk tool.
• Maintain panel household data.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent German language skills.
• Helpdesk experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Team player.
