Job Description
YouGov is seeking a Transport Coordinator to join their Facilities team in India. This role supports local and global teams by managing night-time transport and security logistics, as well as providing administrative support. The Transport Coordinator will ensure smooth operations for teams working across multiple shifts, including night shifts. This is a full-time, night-shift, office-based role located in Navi Mumbai.Responsibilities include:
  • International fleet data records management
  • Business travel assistance
  • Night shift transport and security coordination
  • Budget and financial tasks
  • Vendor/Supplier & Contract Management
  • Health, Safety & Environmental responsibilities
Requirements include:
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of business travel principles and management
  • Understanding of health and safety principles
  • Experience in business travel coordination
  • Good understanding of local city infrastructure (Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Bangalore)
  • Advance knowledge of MS office
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Ability to provide solutions in critical situations
  • Ability to deliver results, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively
  • Approachability, curiosity, and engagement
  • Ability to work with autonomy and as part of a team
