IMC is seeking an experienced US Treasuries Options Trader to join their team in London. This role focuses on managing US Treasuries options trading during European hours and contributing to the growth of the broader strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fixed income volatility trading and the ability to identify and capitalize on market mispricing.
Responsibilities include:
Acting as the primary US Treasuries Options vol trader during European market hours.
Maximizing revenue through identifying and capitalizing on mispricing and dislocations.
Conducting analysis by leveraging IMC’s state-of-the-art analysis capabilities.
Collaborating with traders, quant researchers, and developers.
Playing an active role in the ongoing buildout of IMC’s trading capabilities in Fixed Income-related products.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Fixed Income volatility trading.
Prior exposure to CME-listed Treasuries Options preferred.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a healthy risk appetite.
Strong self-reflection and communication skills.
Ability to identify patterns and conduct analysis; Python experience is a plus.
Passion for understanding volatility dynamics.
Strong understanding of the fundamental drivers of the products traded.
