Huspy is seeking a freelance coach to train and motivate real estate agents in Alicante. The coach will play a key role in helping agents increase their transactions and achieve high performance.

Role involves:
- Leading in-person and virtual training sessions for new and active advisors.
- Serving as a motivational coach, helping to build high-performance habits and a growth mindset.
- Conducting 1:1 sessions for KPI tracking and individual development.
- Participating in the improvement of training materials and playbooks.
- Collaborating with the sales team to align coaching with commercial objectives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience training and motivating real estate agents in high-performance environments.
- Proven ability to inspire, connect, and generate real impact on commercial results.
- Deep knowledge of acquisition, sales, and closing processes in the real estate sector.
- Ability to lead face-to-face and virtual training sessions.
- Availability to work as a freelancer for hours.
