Job Description
SmartBear is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their high-energy, collaborative team in Somerville, MA. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with Account Executives and Sales Managers, strategizing on targeted outreach and gaining exposure to the entire sales cycle. SmartBear provides an extensive tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to facilitate success.

Role involves:
  • Working and qualifying inbound leads via phone, email, and chat.
  • Conducting high-volume outreach (60-100 activities per day).
  • Converting qualified conversations/leads to pipeline for the sales team.
  • Collaborating with Account Executives to generate targeted outbound campaigns.
  • Receiving consistent training and enablement on product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Highly coachable with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Passionate desire to move up within a sales organization.
  • Local to our Headquarters in Somerville, MA.
