Product Manager, Cybersecurity

Job Description

At-Bay is seeking a Product Manager to lead the definition, prioritization, and execution of key features within its cybersecurity platform. The Product Manager will collaborate with engineering, security research, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet the highest standards of usability, security, and resilience. This role is crucial in shaping the future of At-Bay’s cybersecurity platform.Responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing new product domains, capabilities, and features within At-Bay’s Stance cybersecurity platform.
• Taking end-to-end ownership of the product feature lifecycle.
• Writing clear and detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories.
• Collaborating closely with R&D to scope, design, and deliver high-quality features.
• Managing planning activities, backlog prioritization, and daily product decisions.
• Partnering with product design to ensure an intuitive and user-friendly experience.
• Monitoring and analyzing industry trends and the competitive landscape.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of product management experience in B2B with a focus on IT and cybersecurity SaaS solutions.
• Demonstrated success in developing and launching impactful products.
• Strong technical background and understanding of cybersecurity technologies and concepts.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, another engineering/technical degree or equivalent military experience.
