Bondora, a rapidly growing fintech company with a mission to empower people, is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join their team in Tallinn or Tartu, Estonia. This is a hybrid role.Bondora has served over 1 million customers in its 16 years of operation and is expanding its loan product footprint to 11 new countries. The Full Stack Engineer will play a key role in optimizing landing pages and top-funnel conversion rates, directly influencing millions of users and driving Bondora’s annual loan applications.What this role involves:

• Optimizing landing pages and top-funnel conversion rates.
• Working at the intersection of tech and marketing.
• Problem-solving with ownership over projects.
• Experimenting and optimizing to influence business.
• Scaling digital customer acquisition.

Requirements:

• Experience in strongly typed languages such as C#, Java, TypeScript, or similar.
• Experience with FE, preferably with React.
• Full-stack experience.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
