Bondora is seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer to join their team. In this role, the engineer will focus on optimizing landing pages and top-funnel conversion rates to drive customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will blend engineering skills with business growth acumen, using data-driven experimentation to drive measurable revenue growth. This position offers high autonomy and real ownership over projects that significantly impact Bondora’s marketing performance.

• Optimizing landing pages and top-funnel conversion rates.
• Working at the intersection of tech and marketing.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with front-end technologies (TypeScript, React.js, JavaScript).
• Experience with build tools like Vite or Webpack.
• Expertise in performance optimization and testing.
• Proactive, forward-thinking, and excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience in fintech or loan systems (a plus).
• Backend/full-stack experience (a plus).
• Knowledge of Blazor or Razor (a plus).
