Technology Program Analyst II

Job Description

Motive is seeking a Technology Program Analyst II to join their Technology Operations team. This role will report to the Manager of Technology Operations and will be responsible for overseeing the systems and tools powering Motive's Global Post-Sales Organization, including Amazon Connect, Salesforce, and Slack.The Technology Program Analyst will learn about the business needs of the post-sales organization and utilize their knowledge of technology to design processes and automation to create the most efficient tool configuration possible. The ideal candidate will have an interest in understanding business needs and designing thoughtfully for efficiency, quality, and scalability.What this role involves:

• Participating in the evaluation and selection of technology tools used by the post-sales teams
• Supporting the members of the management team to accomplish technology goals
• Managing incoming tools/system access and configuration requests
• Triaging day-to-day issues that arise for internal and external tools
• Partnering with IT and engineering to implement and troubleshoot new processes and workflows

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a technology operations role or similar experience with contact center operations knowledge
• A deep understanding of Salesforce and the surrounding ecosystem, including 3rd party products
• Strong project management and process improvement skills
• Experience juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
