Motive is seeking a Spanish Sales Development Representative (SDR) to manage inbound leads. The SDR will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and assess their potential as valuable prospects. This role requires native fluency in Spanish and exceptional communication skills.
What This Role Involves:
Managing and responding to inbound leads.
Engaging with potential customers to identify pain points.
Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
Staying up-to-date on industry trends.
Collaborating with sales teams.
Achieving daily SLAs and monthly inbound quota.
Requirements:
Native fluency in Spanish.
1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in telesales.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of sales principles.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience using Salesforce, SalesLoft, or Genesys (nice to have).
Experience in engaging with international audiences (nice to have).
