Nozomi Networks is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager (ISAM) to build the future of OT and IoT cybersecurity. The ISAM will be responsible for building strong relationships with partners, prospects, and customers, evangelizing the company's value proposition, and building high-growth, repeatable business in their territory. This role involves leveraging partners, working with internal teams, and managing customer activities.
- Focus on new logo and new business development.
- Deliver successfully on quota targets.
- Build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Provide accurate forecasting of quarterly bookings.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders.
- Offer a white-glove experience to customers.
- Be a trusted advisor for prospects and customers.
- Develop expert-level knowledge of the value proposition.
- Meticulously orchestrate all customer activities.
- Promptly share all customer information using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with Marketing for events.
- Secure key reference accounts.

To be successful, candidates should have:
- Hunter-mindset and self-prospecting ability.
- Proven record of consistent over-achievement.
- Experience in selling Network Security products.
- Understanding of selling SaaS in a subscription model.
- Direct Sales experience, ideally selling to industrial automation, industrial controls, and/or industrial security customers.
- Knowledge of information security principles and networking technologies.
- A background in OT/IoT with an industrial focus.
- Ability to navigate a customer's decision-making processes.
- Experience establishing and fostering strong Channel Partner relationships.
- High integrity and adept at consultative selling.
- Sales savvy with good communication, presentation, problem-solving, and persuasion skills.
- Good written and spoken English proficiency.
