Intern - Business Insights (gn)

Job Description

The Quality Group (TQG) is seeking a motivated and analytical Intern for Business Insights to join their team in Hamburg. The intern will support the top management by creating regular reports and dashboards with clear recommendations. He/she will also assist with data-related inquiries and conduct independent analyses, particularly using SQL. The intern will generate strategically relevant insights through a combination of internal data analyses and external consumer research.

The intern will further develop BI tools like Tableau, optimize KPIs, and adapt dashboards to current requirements.

Role Involves:

• Creating regular reports and dashboards for top management.
• Supporting data-related inquiries and conducting analyses with SQL.
• Generating strategic insights through internal data analysis and external consumer research.
• Developing BI tools like Tableau and optimizing KPIs.

Requirements:

• Student or graduate with interest in digital business models, e-commerce, and/or technology.
• First experience in data analytics (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or SQL).
• Experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., FMCG, Consulting, or Start-Up).
• Careful, structured work ethic with a good understanding of numbers.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and communicative.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel).
• Fluent in German and English.
