Brunswick Group is seeking a Front of House Receptionist to join their dynamic team in London. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for guests and clients.Role involves:
  • Managing the entire guest booking cycle.
  • Answering calls and booking appointments.
  • Coordinating room usage.
  • Inspecting rooms and creating work orders.
  • Providing refreshments and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Ordering and managing supplies.
  • Ensuring rooms are fully stocked.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and booking systems.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience in reception/housekeeping practices.
  • Flexibility to meet company needs.
  • A-level education or equivalent.
  • Experience in a 4-star+ hotel, spa, or equivalent is preferred.
