Ensuring rooms are fully stocked.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and booking systems.
Attention to detail.
Experience in reception/housekeeping practices.
Flexibility to meet company needs.
A-level education or equivalent.
Experience in a 4-star+ hotel, spa, or equivalent is preferred.
