Commercial Manager - EMEA

Job Description

Re-Leased is seeking a Commercial Manager to drive product adoption among its existing customer base in the EMEA region. The Commercial Manager will collaborate with the VP of EMEA to develop and execute targeted selling campaigns to drive attachment of expansion products.This role involves:

• Proactively engaging with existing Re-Leased customers in EMEA.
• Conducting needs assessments to uncover unmet requirements.
• Leveraging technology to effectively communicate product value and demonstrate ROI.
• Escalating customer issues to the right channel promptly.
• Being a product evangelist internally, educating and training front line teams.
• Providing feedback to the product team on development items.
• Forming and maintaining excellent relationships across all major functions of the business.

Re-Leased requires:

• Deep knowledge of the Re-Leased platform.
• A track record in closing new business or successfully renewing customer contracts.
• Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
• 3+ years of CRE industry knowledge or B2B software sales experience.
• Experience communicating technical content and influencing decisions.
