Job Description
Storable is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing to lead growth and retention strategies across two business units: Marine and RV & Camping. This leader will oversee global demand generation across both verticals, managing a team of marketers and driving programs that fuel new business acquisition and customer loyalty. The ideal candidate brings deep B2B SaaS experience, people-focused leadership, a data-driven mindset, and a track record of scaling marketing programs across SMB and enterprise segments.

What this role involves:
  • Developing and executing marketing strategies to drive new customer acquisition and customer retention.
  • Scaling high-performing channels across inbound, outbound, paid media, and ABM.
  • Leading upsell and cross-sell marketing initiatives to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Hiring, managing, and mentoring a team of marketers.
  • Translating growth goals into campaign strategies that span multiple touchpoints and channels.
  • Managing demand gen targets and forecasting and continuously optimizing for pipeline efficiency and CAC.
  • Defining and reporting on marketing KPIs, pipeline impact, and ROI.

Requirements:
  • 7-10 years in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on growth and retention.
  • Experience leading and scaling marketing teams.
  • Expertise in marketing automation (HubSpot required; Pardot a plus) and CRM (Salesforce required).
  • Strong knowledge of digital demand generation, ABM, paid media, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Highly analytical with experience optimizing campaigns through performance data and attribution modeling.
  • Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must reside in the Pacific Time Zone (PT).
