FreeWill, an award-winning social-good startup, is seeking a Partner Success Strategist to support nonprofits across the country. This is a full-time, remote position. FreeWill is transparent about compensation, offering multiple options that prioritize salary or stock options. The role involves:

• Producing outstanding fundraising results for nonprofits
• Creating warm, dynamic relationships with partners
• Identifying and addressing challenges proactively
• Ensuring scalable tactics and processes
• Understanding and communicating partner needs
• Maintaining relationships through renewals and upsells

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in SaaS customer success or nonprofit fundraising (a plus)
• Superior communication skills and attention to detail
