Job Description
Taco Bell is seeking an Associate Manager, AI Analytics to join their Digital Customer Analytics team. This role will focus on data-driven strategies to improve the digital customer experience. The Associate Manager will support existing analytics initiatives, translate insights into business decisions, and provide analytics support to cross-functional partners. They will also create and mature analytics capabilities for AI-driven marketing, leveraging internal data models and customer data platforms.
The role involves:
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners to improve applied analytics and strategy.
- Driving technology implementation, data QA, and regression testing across platforms.
- Owning AI-driven marketing initiatives by providing analytics of changes in digital customer behavior.
- Enhancing existing analytics processes by recommending new tools and methodologies.
- Overseeing and managing comprehensive data QA processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Math, STEM, Economics, Statistics, etc.) preferred
- Minimum 7 years of analytics experience, preferably with a focus on digital customer analytics
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SQL (required)
- Experience in A/B testing methodologies and best practices, especially on a digital platform
- Experience in AI/Technology enablement and data QA preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Technically proficient with digital analytics platforms and visualization tools
- Experience with advanced data models, AI, and customer data platforms a big plus
