Xometry is seeking a Production Order Administrator to join their Operations team. This role focuses on managing production order execution through the company's manufacturing partner network and resolving any issues that arise during the production process.
Responsibilities:
Supervising the processing of production orders and documentation in CRM and ERP systems.
Selecting suitable contractors from the production partner database.
Supporting the manufacturing process, including date and dispatch control, delivery organization, and product quality control.
Tracking payments and working with customers.
Solving problems and special cases with customers and manufacturers.
Requirements:
Fluency in English (B2 level or higher) for business correspondence.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in procurement, logistics, or order management.
Experience with engineering orders and transactional IT systems is an advantage.
Readiness to solve problems and work overtime (paid).
Availability for urgent questions outside of business hours.
Comfortable workplace with stable internet access for conference calls.
