Xometry, a company connecting people with manufacturers, is seeking a Production Order Administrator. This role is crucial for strengthening the Operations team and ensuring the smooth execution of production orders through the manufacturing partner network.Responsibilities include:
- Supervising the processing of production orders and documentation in CRM and ERP systems.
- Selecting suitable contractors from the production partners database.
- Supporting the manufacturing process by controlling dates, dispatch, and organizing delivery and quality control.
- Tracking payments and working with customers to solve problems during order processing.
A successful candidate should have:
- Fluency in English and French (B2 or higher).
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in procurement, logistics, or order management.
- Experience with engineering orders and transactional IT systems is an advantage.
- Readiness to solve problems and work overtime when needed.
- A comfortable home office with stable internet access.
