Job Description
Xometry, a company connecting people with manufacturers, is seeking a Production Order Administrator. This role is crucial for strengthening the Operations team and ensuring the smooth execution of production orders through the manufacturing partner network.Responsibilities include:
  • Supervising the processing of production orders and documentation in CRM and ERP systems.
  • Selecting suitable contractors from the production partners database.
  • Supporting the manufacturing process by controlling dates, dispatch, and organizing delivery and quality control.
  • Tracking payments and working with customers to solve problems during order processing.
A successful candidate should have:
  • Fluency in English and French (B2 or higher).
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in procurement, logistics, or order management.
  • Experience with engineering orders and transactional IT systems is an advantage.
  • Readiness to solve problems and work overtime when needed.
  • A comfortable home office with stable internet access.
