• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues
• Good organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies
• Participation in university projects, labs, or competitions related to electrical engineering is preferred
