Relationship Manager, Alpha Capture (Mandarin Speaking)

Job Description

Winton, a research-based investment management company, is seeking a Relationship Manager to drive the expansion of their Equity Alpha Capture program in China. The Alpha Capture team collaborates with quantitative researchers to integrate insights into systematic investment strategies. This role involves managing and building relationships with sell-side partners in the region and contributing to the global Alpha Capture program's success.Role responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing relationships with sell-side partners.
• Identifying new opportunities for the Alpha Capture program.
• Collaborating with Winton’s quantitative investment team.
• Representing the company at industry events.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Mandarin and English.
• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role within financial markets.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong commercial relationships.
• High levels of motivation, work ethic, and perseverance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
