Job Description
Vertice is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to be based in Sydney. This role will be the first in the APAC region and will serve as the key technical point of contact throughout the pre-sales process for Vertice's solution suite. The Senior Solutions Engineer will advocate for Vertice, guiding prospective customers in understanding how the platform delivers value and fits within their procurement and technical framework. They will collaborate with account executives and sales managers to drive deals forward and build trusted relationships with prospects.
    Role involves:
  • Leading discovery sessions and product demonstrations.
  • Addressing customer questions and overcoming objections.
  • Conducting Proof of Concepts (POCs).
  • Collaborating with sales and technical teams.
  • Ensuring smooth transitions from sales to implementation.
  • Providing feedback to improve processes and products.
    Requirements:
  • Strong solution-selling and demo skills.
  • Excellent discovery skills.
  • A solution-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated time management skills.
  • Knowledge of key technical concepts including APIs.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Self-starter who quickly learns new technologies.
  • 4-5 years of experience in a solution-selling environment.
