Operations Intern

Job Description

Domo is seeking an Operations Intern to join their central Operations team in American Fork, Utah. This role is crucial for supporting the improvement and execution of core business processes, managing operational data and reporting, and driving cross-functional initiatives. The intern will gain exposure to multiple business areas, including Marketing and Sales, through major projects and day-to-day operational support.

Responsibilities include:

• Contributing to initiatives aimed at improving data pipeline efficiency.
• Maintaining and enhancing existing dataflows.
• Developing new visualizations to support analytical efforts.
• Collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams.
• Supporting sports analytics and operations projects.
• Developing data pipelines.
• Designing applications using Domo's App Studio.
• Leveraging artificial intelligence to uncover new insights from data.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in business, operations management, analytics, statistics, data science, or a related field; OR recently graduated; OR relevant experience
• Familiarity with SQL and/or Python and/or R
• Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools preferred
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Self-starter and eager to learn
