Job Description
NeuroFlow is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead strategic client projects and ensure the successful delivery of digital behavioral health solutions. The ideal candidate will manage complex, cross-functional initiatives, working closely with product, engineering, and client-facing teams. He/She will be instrumental in translating business requirements into project plans, facilitating execution, and delivering solutions on time and within scope.Role involves:
  • Developing and managing comprehensive project plans.
  • Serving as a key point of contact between internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Facilitating solution design discussions with clients.
  • Partnering with Product Managers to define requirements.
  • Monitoring project performance and tracking time, scope, and financial spend.
  • Enabling effective collaboration across teams.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving project risks.
  • Leading post-project reviews.
  • Contributing to the creation of technical documentation.
  • Tracking performance and reporting outcomes.
  • Managing resource availability and capacity planning.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with APIs, cloud technologies, and modern tech stacks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
