Reddit is seeking a Staff UX Researcher, i18n to join their Consumer Product organization. This role is focused on the international experience and involves investigating user behavior and needs through qualitative and quantitative methods. The researcher will conduct foundational and evaluative research to guide executive decision-making and drive product strategy for new and future Reddit users worldwide.Reddit is a community of communities, built on shared interests, passion, and trust, and is home to open and authentic conversations. With a large user base and numerous active communities, Reddit is a significant source of information on the internet.This position is fully remote-friendly, with the option to work from one of Reddit's physical offices if desired.Responsibilities:

• Design and execute mixed-methods research studies.
• Drive communication and collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Drive product strategy via actionable insights.
• Develop research programs that achieve business and product impact.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience conducting research.
• Experience conducting international research.
• Expertise in qualitative or quantitative research methods.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Experience leading strategy within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing priorities.
