Isaac, a leading financial solutions platform for schools in Brazil, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Backend to join their team. The Senior Software Engineer will be part of a team focused on safeguarding sensitive client data and maintaining access management structures. This role involves providing functionalities to ensure data security and accelerate new company initiatives.

Role involves:

• Leading implementation with a development team to achieve relevant results for Isaac's clients.
• Collaborating with Product and Design to build solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and quality.
• Partnering with the Product Manager and Engineering Manager to align solutions based on impact, speed, and quality trade-offs.
• Helping the team identify and mitigate risks.
• Training team members on software engineering best practices.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of a backend programming language.
• Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.
