Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC) is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join The Event Helper, an affiliated company. In this role, the individual will deliver quality service to customers by providing quick and accurate assistance, handling sensitive issues, researching inquiries, and helping with corrections. The Customer Support Assistant will work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center, receiving 40-60 inbound emails daily.
Responsibilities: - Handling customer issues and concerns efficiently.
- Researching and resolving customer inquiries.
- Assisting customers with corrections and simple questions.
- Managing 40-60 inbound emails daily.
Requirements: - Passion for helping people and building trust.
- Excellent computer skills.
- 1+ year of customer service experience.
- Excellent written/verbal/email skills.
- Willingness to work onsite in Grass Valley office.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) helpful.
