Job Description
Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC) is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join The Event Helper, an affiliated company. This role involves providing quality service to customers, addressing their inquiries, and offering solutions regarding their insurance policies. The ideal candidate will possess a Property & Casualty Insurance license and a passion for helping people.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling customer issues and concerns efficiently in a high-volume call center.
- Researching and resolving customer inquiries promptly.
- Assisting customers in purchasing insurance policies.
- Managing 40-60 inbound calls and emails daily.
- Maintaining knowledge of products, underwriting guidelines, and software.
- Answering calls and emails within service level requirements.
- Maintaining insurance licensing requirements.
Requirements:
- Current P&C license.
- A passion for helping people and building trust.
- Excellent computer skills.
- 3+ years of customer service experience.
- Excellent written/verbal/email skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are helpful.
