Sony Music is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruitment efforts across Asia and the Middle East. The Talent Acquisition Partner will deliver an inclusive experience for candidates and client groups, joining an international team during an exciting time for the organization. - Managing the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple countries and business units.
- Developing and implementing tailored recruitment strategies for open positions.
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience and championing diversity and inclusion.
- Building networks and relationships with top talent across the region.
- Guiding and advising client groups on all aspects of recruitment.
- Partnering with the Global Talent Acquisition team to enhance the Sony Music employer brand.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a proven track record of delivering high-quality recruitment solutions. They should possess expert knowledge in full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, qualifying, and relationship management. Experience in recruiting across multiple markets in Asia, preferably within a creative, digital, or technology multinational organization, is essential. A passion for music and entertainment, along with an understanding of popular culture and HR trends, is highly desirable.
