Supply Chain Analyst Co-Op

Tenstorrent is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Supply Chain Analyst Co-Op to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in optimizing supply chain operations, encompassing shipping and receiving, inventory management, production planning, vendor scheduling, and purchase order issuance. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and the ability to work onsite.Tenstorrent is looking for someone who can contribute to maintaining efficient and seamless supply chain operations to meet the company's goals and customer demands.Responsibilities:

• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities.
• Collaborate with logistics partners and carriers.
• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
• Manage inventory levels, including chips management.
• Implement inventory tracking systems.
• Conduct regular inventory audits.
• Monitor and track vendor consignment inventory.
• Collaborate with sales & engineering teams for build planning.
• Work with vendors to establish production schedules.
• Optimize production plans.
• Generate and issue purchase orders (POs).
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders.
• Monitor order status and lead times.
• Review online tickets for product requirements.
• Fulfill orders based on specifications.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Previous experience in a similar supply chain or logistics role.
• Demonstrated ability to work onsite.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Relevant supply chain qualification is a plus.
