Job Description
Monzo is seeking a Sales Lead to play a pivotal role in driving ambitious growth targets within the small business sector. The company aims to expand its footprint in the switcher segment, helping established businesses discover the benefits of banking with Monzo. The Sales Lead will be responsible for exploring, designing, testing, and scaling a sales go-to-market motion to create pathways for sustainable growth.

Role Involves:
  • Developing and validating sales GTM strategy.
  • Creating structure and focus for the exploration of sales GTM.
  • Evaluating and executing the best sales model.
  • Testing and refining sales approach.
  • Executing cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations.
  • Managing day-to-day operations with a focus on performance against key sales metrics.

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience leading B2B sales teams in FinTech, SaaS, or Financial Services.
  • Proven experience as a quota-carrying B2B sales rep.
  • Experienced strategic problem solver with hands-on experience designing and executing sales GTM motions from scratch.
  • Hands-on experience in setting up and leading sales in multiple models.
  • Skilled in aligning stakeholders and communicating effectively across teams.
  • Comfortable leveraging data to define KPIs and measure performance.
  • Motivated and passionate about Monzo’s mission.
