What this role involves:
- Conduct detailed assessments of vehicle dents to determine appropriate repair methods
- Remove dents using specialized PDR tools and techniques while preserving the original paint
- Ensure all repairs meet stringent quality standards
- Manage and maintain personal PDR toolkit in excellent condition
- Adhere to all workplace safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements:
- Proven experience in paintless dent repair
- Strong technical knowledge of bodywork and paint maintenance
- Exceptional hand-eye coordination and precision
- Ability and willingness to work independently
- Must own a complete set of PDR tools and equipment
