Job Description
PhonePe Group is seeking a Senior Manager - Category (Insurance) to build and manage the insurance category business. This role involves working with internal and external stakeholders to scale and improve the user experience, product features, and services, ultimately driving user satisfaction and revenue growth. The Senior Manager will need a deep understanding of the market segment and consumer behavior to lead strategic and tactical initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Deep understanding of markets, trends, and consumer behavior.
- Active monitoring of commercial performance and regulatory landscape.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with insurance companies.
- Defining KPIs and metrics to track partnership success.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to lead category-specific initiatives.
- Optimizing key category metrics with internal teams.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in Fintech/Tech/Financial services.
- MBA from Tier 1 college.
- Strategic thinking and analytical mindset.
- Results-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for creative problem-solving.
