Specialist, HR Digitalisation

Job Description

PhonePe Group is seeking a Specialist in HR Digitalisation to join their team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech degree with 6-8 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or Communication. A techno-functional mindset is mandatory, and an MBA is optional. The Specialist will be responsible for HR Systems domain activities in both IT project mode and systems operations mode, based on need.

Responsibilities:

• Gather business change requirements and enhancements.
• Raise configuration change requests and ensure configuration changes.
• Manage the change control process, testing, and roll-out.
• Maintain system documentation.
• Provide end-user support and training.
• Perform periodic system updates and validations.
• Interface with the software/services vendor’s Customer Success/Technical Support team.
• Maintain organization masters and proactively manage the system-wide impact of changes.
• Troubleshoot and carry out independent Root-Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Interface with auditors for IT Application Controls and IT Governance.
• System Administration (Primary) – Core System of Records (SAP SuccessFactors).
• System Administration (Secondary) – Systems Adjacent to SAP SuccessFactors.

Requirements:

• B.Tech with 6-8 years of experience in Comp. Sci. / IT / Electronics /Communication.
• Good understanding of HR Information Systems, their implementation and support.
• Technical expertise in managing integrations between systems.
• Sound knowledge of SAP CPI / SAP Cloud Integration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills including documentation.
• Problem-solving/Trouble-shooting skills.
• Disciplined execution and tracking of tasks.
• Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Suite.
