Job Description
CAMP, a Family Experience Company, is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join their Dallas team. This role focuses on creating magical experiences for families within the retail environment. The Sales Associate will bring the CAMP brand to life through immersive customer engagement, achieving sales targets, and supporting a positive work environment.
  • Welcoming guests and creating a memorable entrance.
  • Engaging families in play and product demonstrations.
  • Customizing shopping experiences based on family interests.
  • Operating the register and informing customers about CAMP programs.
  • Merchandising and replenishing the sales floor.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work at least one weekend day per week (ideally both).
  • Positive attitude and passion for sales.
  • Prior experience in retail, child-care, education, or performing arts.
  • Enthusiasm for engaging with children and families.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours.
