Job Description
FalconX is seeking a Trade Operations Manager to join their team in Bangalore. This role is crucial for revolutionizing institutional access to the crypto markets. The Trade Operations Manager will handle counterparty settlement requests, act as a point of contact for a portfolio of counterparties, and track KPIs. They will collaborate with Trading Desk, Product, and Customer Success teams to meet client expectations.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling counterparty settlement requests within agreed timeframes.
- Acting as a point of contact for counterparties.
- Tracking KPIs for trade operations.
- Collaborating with Trading Desk, Product, and Customer Success teams.
- Ensuring trades, transfers, and inventory reconciliation across internal and external systems.
- Monitoring daily inventory needs and liaising with Treasury Management.
- Providing inputs to compliance and risk teams.
- Adhering to established trade operations processes.
- Liaising with Accounting for timely data provision.
- Performing reconciliations between internal and external systems.
- Improving reconciliation processes and identifying gaps.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in a trading firm, hedge fund, or Investment Bank.
- Team Management experience.
- Superb self-management skills.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Any Graduate degree.
- Desire to become an expert on digital assets.
